Do you want to get stronger for a sport, improve physique or need late stage injury rehabilitation? As an Accredited UK Strength and Conditioning practitioner with over 20 years of experience you can be assured that my online strength coaching will get results. I work in a busy hospital physiotherapy department and deal with a wide range of knee and ankle injuries on a daily basis.  

 

I use my specialist knowledge of human movement and sport specific demands to get people back doing what they love. Previous to this I have worked in both professional sport and in the fitness industry helping improve elite performance and health.

During the initial needs analysis I will get to know you and what you want to achieve. I will then formulate a plan to suit your needs and help you achieve optimal results.  Training sessions can be completed at your gym to fit around your schedule. No more wasted gym sessions!
