About Me
I have over 20 years of coaching experience spanning group fitness, personal training and working with athletes both 1-2-1 and as a team Strength and Conditioning Coach/ Sports Scientist. I currently work with aspiring professional athletes in a Super League Rugby League Academy and with general populations in a hospital Physiotherapy department.

I have a real passion for fitness and regularly run, lift weights and practice taekwondo. Alongside my role in a busy physiotherapy department facilitating lower body rehabilitation and return to sport, I also work at a Super League Rugby club delivering on field and in gym conditioning to over 40 athletes.

By offering online coaching I am able to offer professional level training programmes and support to you.

Why choose online coaching?
Knowledge
If you have training in a gym setting you are also limited to the trainers who are either employed or "pay rent" to the facility. Choose a trainer who is right for you and has credentials to guide, motivate and get the results you want!
A Strength & Conditioning coach will bring specialist knowledge and have experience in multiple sports. To become accredited with the UKSCA, a coach must demonstrate underpinning knowledge and technical coaching skills. The UKSCA pass rate for accredited coaches is 25% so you can be confident that coaches that have the accreditation are highly skilled.

Save money
Traditional face to face trainers charge anywhere from £40-100 a session. Online coaching is less expensive as you only pay for the time it takes to plan and coach you through the programme. Don’t pay for someone to stand and count reps!
Flexibility
All your training sessions are planned in advance for you to complete the sessions in your own time. No need to make appointments and rearrange your plans or pay for sessions you don’t attend! You can complete the training at your local gym, or at home if you have the equipment.
